What We’re Looking For- Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing
- Passionate about patient care and preventive dentistry
- A natural problem solver who looks for solutions to improve patient outcomes
- Process-driven and comfortable following established clinical protocols while contributing ideas to improve them
- Excellent communication skills with patients, teammates, and leadership
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
- Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including assessments, scaling, polishing, and patient education
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences and continuity of care
- Educate patients on oral health and the connection to overall health
- Contribute to practice improvement through problem-solving and process feedback
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
