Mosaic is a vibrant and diverse combination of several church congregations that have come together in recent years. The name is intentional and reflects the individuality of each piece, yet the beauty of all the pieces when assembled. Mosaic is where broken people come together to grow, serve, give, and share. We are big enough to have a broad array of ministries and programs for our congregation with comfortable facilities, but small enough where you can be known, in close community with others, and make a personal impact with your skills and gifts.

Mosaic exists to help people experience a Jesus-centered life and become active pieces of God’s masterpiece for His glory. Here, Sunday mornings are an atmosphere of “come as you are,” where you’ll receive sound biblical teachings and a good cup of coffee in our Broken Pieces Café, also open to the local community during the week. Our youth and children’s ministries thrive with sound teaching, multiple activities, and lots of fun, including an indoor climbing wall!

Creative Arts Pastor

The Youth Director is responsible for identifying and developing Middle School and High School leaders, helping these leaders form and maintain meaningful and influential relationships with students. The Youth Director has the privilege of developing the vision, strategy and programming used for helping students experience a Jesus centered life.

• Commitment to personal spiritual growth
• Working towards vocational church ministry (preferred)
• Agreement with Mosaic’s vision and values
• Capable of and comfortable with leading middle and high school students
• Emotionally intelligent and humble
• A learner

• Develop and train leaders and build the Student Ministry culture at MOSAIC.
• Provide leadership, vision and training to all MS & HS Leaders
• Create environments that students find irresistible and cultivate relationship building and spiritual growth.
• Responsible for the effectiveness and measurable outcomes for all of the MOSAIC Middle School and High School ministries.
• Partner with parents and equip them to engage their students faith at home.
• Prepare students for living a Jesus Centered Life post High School.
