The successful candidate will create an engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environment that challenges middle school students academically, nurtures their spiritual growth, and equips them to think biblically, live faithfully, and lead courageously.

• Cultivate a Christ-Centered Classroom:
  Create a nurturing, engaging, and well-managed learning environment that fosters spiritual growth, academic curiosity, student engagement, and a sense of belonging
• Deliver Excellent Instruction:
  Design and implement differentiated, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with CHC’s academic standards and the integration of a biblical worldview
• Support Student Growth:
  Assess, monitor, and document student progress, using data and ongoing feedback to inform instruction and meet individual learning needs
• Partner with Parents:
  Maintain consistent, meaningful communication with parents and guardians, partnering with them in the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of their children
• Collaborate with Colleagues:
  Work closely with teammates and school leadership to promote instructional excellence, consistency, and a unified, mission-aligned learning community
• Invest in Professional Growth:
  Participate actively in professional development, school events, team meetings, and discipleship opportunities that strengthen teaching practice and support the mission of CHC
• Lead with Grace and Consistency:
  Establish and maintain high standards for classroom management, student behavior, and accountability that reflect grace, consistency, and biblical principles
• Embody the Ideal Team Player:
  Demonstrate humility, hunger, people smarts, positivity, and loyalty in all professional relationships and interactions
• Contribute to Spiritual Formation:
  Participate in chapel, prayer, and other opportunities to nurture students’ faith and mentor them as disciples of Jesus
• Advance the Mission of CHC:
