You will champion a proactive safety culture that includes regular audits. In close partnership with the project engineers, planners, and next level leadership, you will assign work packages to the right personnel to meet delivery dates while balancing workloads and capacity constraints.

You will also work alongside Project Engineers, Quality Assurance Personnel, and next level leadership to verify that all deliverables satisfy contractual obligations, industry standards, and internal quality criteria. Finally, you will apply data driven analysis of throughput, cost drivers, and quality metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives—ranging from process refinements to automation and tooling upgrades.
