Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join our team in Littleton, CO. We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer who holds Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) experience and has deep knowledge of antenna element design and active electronically‑steerable arrays (AESAs). The successful candidate will lead the full lifecycle of antenna‑element hardware from concept, design, modeling/analysis, through system integration, test‑plan development, and component qualification.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure RF payloads, subsystems, and components meet, allocate, and verify technical requirements.
- Develop and analyze technical requirements, perform trade studies, and allocate functions to RF payloads and subsystems.
- Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of antennas or electronically steerable antennas (ESA).
- Ability to develop and analyze technical requirements, perform trade studies, and allocate functions down to RF payloads, subsystems, and/or components.
- Experience analyzing and verifying technical requirements/functions for engineering systems.
- Experience reviewing supplier/factory data results to show compliance to RF engineering requirements.
- Knowledge of RF communications systems link budget analysis.
- Active Top Secret clearance; must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required.

Skills: - Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Degree in electrical engineering or other STEM related degree/certification.
- Proficiency with development of specifications and interface definitions for RF antenna components and subsystems.
- Experience using tools such as Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, AWR Microwave Office, or similar tool packages.
- Experience with antenna design and analysis tools such as GRASP, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, WIPL‑D, FEKO, or similar tool packages.
- Experience designing antennas and/or feed networks such as reflectors, waveguide components, horns, helices, phased arrays or electronically steered antennas (ESAs), patches, or similar hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, management, and peers.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. - Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules ... schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
- Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off.
