Basic Qualifications
- Current/Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using CAMEO or similar tools
- Systems requirements experience with verification, development, management, and validation
- ICD development and verification experience
- Experience creating and executing test plans
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) SME
- Experience performing in a Systems Engineering role on large and complex hardware and software development efforts
- Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and critical thinking skills, translating ideas into actions and results
- Demonstrated experience with development and delivery of space subsystems and components
- Strong mission and end-to-end systems expertise
- Prior SAP access
- Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly.
- Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests.
- Organize/coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation.
- Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews.
- Support all phases of the program lifecycle (development, production, and post production).
- Build successful teams with internal stakeholders (engineering, ATLO, SEIT members of other segments) and external stakeholders (customer, external segment providers, USG organizations).
- Be accountable to the Chief System Engineer for executing engineering efforts on schedule.
- The successful candidate must also have the ability to collaborate with groups of engineering personnel, be creative and dedicated to anticipating problems and issues before they happen to mitigate them and maintain schedule.
- Current or Active Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
- A successful candidate will typically possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years of related professional work experience.
- This role does not support teleworking and the selected candidate MUST be able to work onsite at our Littleton, CO campus.
National Pay Statement:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
Premium Pay Statement:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
