Position Overview:As the Spray Foam Product Engineering Manager, you'll lead our Insulation Systems I&C team, driving innovation and commercialization of new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage technical projects, and be the technical voice for Johns Manville products.
What You'll Do:
- Lead technical projects, including new product development.
- Coordinate with Product Management to establish priorities and allocate resources.
- Develop fitness-for-use customer requirements and commercialize new products.
- Manage product specifications, standards, tools, procedures, and documentation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry.
- 10+ years of technical project management experience.
- 7 years in a senior engineering role or similar.
- 5 years of experience managing teams.
- Strong preference for Spray Foam chemistry/formulation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
