Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field from an accredited university
Prior professional experience with electrical hardware design or a closely related discipline.
Deep expertise across multiple electrical engineering domains, that could include:
Electrical hardware design for development and production phases in aerospace or a similar industry
Complex electrical schematics for circuit card assemblies (CCA), harnesses, and system-level interconnects
Root-cause analysis and corrective action for hardware failures
Must be a US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills Demonstrated experience leading the development of a product or capability from concept through development, qualification, and transition to production
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to brief executive leadership, customers, and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead IPT efforts across multiple concurrent programs, present to program leadership and government customers, and manage multiple priorities
Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance
Experience leading IRAD/CRAD programs
Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field
Cross-Business Area engagement and large-program technical-lead experience
Experience transitioning PCB/PWB designs into circuit card assemblies
