Part-time, event-based and as-needed, including evenings and occasional weekends. Hours vary based on event bookings.

In-Office Position - Shift Littleton

Shift Work spaces is seeking a detail-oriented, hospitality-driven Part-Time Event Coordinator to support on-site events across our Littleton location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in live environments, enjoys working with people, and can anticipate needs to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands‑on, in‑person role that requires being present for the full duration of scheduled events, including setup and breakdown.

• Event Execution & On‑Site Support
• Facility Preparation & Reset
• Audio / Visual & Ambiance Support

• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or venue operations
• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence
• Ability to multitask and problem‑solve in live environments
• Comfortable with light physical activity, including moving furniture and lifting up to ~25 lbs
• Familiarity with basic AV tools, TVs, and music platforms is a plus
• Availability for weekday evenings and weekends

Pay Rate: $35/hour

FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt

Reports to: General Manager
