Experience & Qualifications Needed- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in an automotive finance‑related role
- Strong understanding of automotive lending processes, financing products, and customer credit profiles
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
- Ability to contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership by identifying additional product opportunities, such as extended warranties, insurance, and GAP coverage
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing financial documents and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Strong persuasion skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer
- Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present financing options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates for customers.
- Structure deals to maximize profitability for the dealership while ensuring the best financing terms for customers.
- Assist customers with completing credit applications and other required documents.
- Ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies and federal/state regulations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle sales processes and delivery.
