Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Littleton, CO
. This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Littleton, CO 80120

Shift

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. Off ered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on diverse patient populations (geriatrics, limited pediatrics).
• Handle 40–50 draws daily (across two technicians).
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for testing.
• Provide a professional and compassionate patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and laboratory procedures.
• Collaborate with a small team (two-person site) but work independently most of the time.
• Participate in orientation and training during the first week.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
  .
• Experience with venipuncture on diverse patient types.
• Strong ability to handle hard sticks and challenging draws.
• Specimen processing knowledge.
