• Assist residents with daily living: grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Help with laundry, bed-making, and trash removal
• Provide compassionate support in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Communicate effectively with team members via radios
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment

• Administer medications following the “Seven Rights”
• Accurately document and reorder medications
• Follow Colorado’s QMAP scope of practice and regulations

• Caring, dependable individuals who enjoy working with seniors
• Certified QMAPs or caregivers interested in free QMAP training
• Team players who thrive in a supportive, resident-centered setting
