NOW HIRING – Urgent Need for Caregivers in Castle Rock (South Metro Denver area)
Reliable & Skilled Caregiver for In-Home Support Services (IHSS) at Personal Home Care Plus.
Location & ScheduleOffice in Southwest Littleton, Colorado – providing home care services across Denver Metro and surrounding areas.
Flexible shifts available – Sunday through Saturday. Earliest shift: 6:00 AM; latest: 12:00 Midnight. Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
Pay & Benefits- $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)
- Bi‑weekly pay schedule
- Holiday pay for recognized holidays
- Sick pay: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked

About the RoleWe are seeking experienced, reliable, and professional caregivers to provide in‑home support and assistance for our clients through the IHSS program. As a skilled caregiver, you will play a key role in promoting independence, safety, and dignity in the comfort of our clients’ homes.
This role requires empathy, reliability, and a true commitment to providing consistent, quality care. We’re not looking for “warm bodies” to fill shifts; we’re looking for caregivers who understand the importance of showing up, following through, and making a difference.

- Adhering to all state regulations and company policies.
- Completing 12 hours of annual continuing education (as required by the State of Colorado).
- Wound care: cleaning and dressing wounds to promote healing.
- NG tube feeding: administering nutrition through nasogastric tubes.
- Catheter care: providing comfort and hygiene with proper maintenance.
- Suppository administration: safely assisting with prescribed bowel care routines.
- Bowel program support: helping clients manage bowel care with professionalism and sensitivity.
