South Denver Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and a service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgery Scheduler to join our team. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Scheduler is responsible daily for maintaining the surgery schedule and managing all aspects of the scheduling process. This includes strategizing, problem‑solving, and ensuring high levels of customer service in coordination with scheduling coordinators from all doctors’ offices and operating room staff. The Scheduler will handle day‑to‑day scheduling, resolve conflicts efficiently, and support the clinic’s overall workflow.
Position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or on‑call. Some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits are offered to the right candidate.
Qualifications- Minimum 2–4 years of hospital or medical office experience.
- Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
- Ability to use time efficiently to meet a high‑paced demand.
