Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical problems
• Proactively frame and refine critical business questions, driven by intellectual curiosity and a systematic approach to hypothesis testing to uncover actionable insights
• Demonstrate intellectual agility and analytical rigor ("quick on feet") to swiftly follow complex data trails and pivot hypotheses as data analysis dictates, ensuring all conclusions are empirically supported
• Synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable insights that inform business strategy
• Build and deliver executive‑level presentations and storytelling dashboards that highlight key trends, drivers, and recommendations
• Champion data‑driven decision‑making across the organization
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related field;
  Master’s degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or business intelligence roles
• Proven ability to conduct structured problem solving and deep‑dive analyses

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft insights for executive‑level audiences
• Experience influencing decision‑making and strategy through data‑driven insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with advanced data management, including identifying, gathering, and structuring relevant data across multiple systems and sources.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining complex queries and data pipelines using SQL, and utilizing Python or other advanced analytical tools for data manipulation.

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
