The Web Content Specialist drives the creation, updating, and deployment of digital experiences across dynamic eCommerce platforms and mobile applications. Addressing the challenges of managing multi-channel digital publishing, this role ensures seamless cross-device component alignment and content consistency. By bridging functional marketing goals with technical digital asset management, the position resolves delivery bottlenecks for enterprise marketing operations.

• Build and publish high-quality web pages and components across responsive sites and mobile applications within Adobe Experience Manager
• Drive content operations for the Product Marketing Operations team to support digital marketplace growth across key brands
• Evaluate, test, and standardize page components to ensure professional-quality content delivery across customer portals and marketing pages
• Collaborate with marketing teams and copywriters to maintain consistent brand messaging and messaging alignment
• Utilize AI content tools to optimize digital editing, streamline asset management, and enhance component creation workflows

• Proven capability in Adobe Experience Manager authoring, Digital Asset Management, and enterprise CMS publishing
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities within fast-paced environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills for aligning creative and technical workflows
• AI Literacy and Application to enhance digital marketing workflows, content iteration, and page optimization
• Critical experience authoring enterprise web content, executing digital marketing initiatives, and managing multi-channel assets

• Familiarity with design and prototyping software alongside standard content authoring platforms
• Background in the wireless industry, digital marketing, or consumer-facing eCommerce platforms

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• 2+ years of experience working as a content admin or author in Adobe Experience Manager
• Enterprise website content authoring experience
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) proficiency
• Digital Asset Manager (DAM) navigation

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
