Waterway Carwash is looking for Car Wash – Detailers at our Lone Tree location! We offer a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to work outdoors with a supportive team. Compensation: Competitive rates and cash tips daily! Average $21 per hour. Our top earners make over $26 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean customer vehicles to the high standard based on the wash package selected.
• Greet customers enthusiastically, assist vehicle entry/exit, provide clear direction, and notify management when a vehicle is complete.
• Operate the conveyor: drive vehicles onto and off the conveyor, program wash type, shut off the conveyor if obstructions occur, and watch traffic flow.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment year‑round: pick up trash, sweep, hose, pull weeds, shovel snow, and salt customer areas.
• Wash, dry, and carry towels to stations; fill and stock cleaning supplies; dig the wash trench; sweep and hose back rooms/storage rooms as needed; clean wash equipment, windows, doors, walls; empty trash cans and vacuum canisters.
• Follow all Waterway policies, procedures, and instructions, including safety requirements.
• Perform other functions as directed by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Outdoors year‑round with exposure to temperature variations, rain, snow, humidity, gasoline fumes, and machinery.
• Extended standing, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level.
• Fast pace; sustained physical effort; maintain a calm and professional disposition under pressure.
• Visual and hearing acuity suitable for the job.
• Fluent English for communication with team members, managers, and customers.
• Regular, punctual attendance with an irregular schedule that may include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
