Our production managers oversee and manage our multiple teams operations by motivating their teams and creating a fun atmosphere for them to work in, which will allow them to strive and grow within the company.

They must ensure customer satisfaction and ensure that their teams are on time, on budget and remain professional throughout the entire production process.

Seasonal position

Daytime, evening and weekend availability required

• Ensure smooth operations
• Ensure jobs are properly executed and collected
• Motivate teams to achieve their objectives
• Inspect, help, support and coach the teams
• Problem solving related with team management
• Ensuring a clean and professional work environment from his/her teams
• Manage client expectations and relations
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are always in working order to avoid down time
• On-site and remote support for teams
• Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)

• Substantial knowledge of Spray-Net services, products and standards
• Ability to work on all types of surfaces
• Preparation, washing and taping
• Painting
• Caulking
• Ability to create a production plan
• Management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• 2+ years of painting
• Experience in leading teams
• Experience in customer service
