Sales Director; Defense

• Lead and execute sales strategies to drive growth within the Defense vertical
• Collaborate with regional sales directors and national accounts to enhance market share
• Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) input to Business Unit Leadership
• Manage performance evaluations and development of sales teams
• Facilitate customer-related training and maintain C-level relationships with key accounts

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in vertical sales, preferably in the Power Transmission industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience in leading high-performing sales teams and coaching talent
• Deep knowledge of industry and channel dynamics
• Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
