Our Junior Operating Partners enjoy a 5-part compensation package (based on 40 hour work week):

• Annual earnings of $45,760-$48,620 in hourly wage
• Daily cash tip share (Earn an additional $7,800-$18,200 and more!)
• Operating partner bonus (Earn an additional $1,560-$4,680 annually)
• Training program designed to increase your income potential while providing opportunity to grow into new positions!!
• Paid health insurance (we pay a portion of the health insurance premium)
