United States - Littleton, CO

• Oversee and supervise construction field operations, including in‑house crews, subcontractors, and inspection activities.
• Ensure safety standards and regulations are met on all construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule field activities, monitoring progress and addressing issues to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Drive project success, applying best practices for schedule, quality, and cost.
• Maintain quality assurance and documentation to meet customer specifications.
• Provide leadership to field teams, supporting supervisors and enabling scalable processes.
• Oversee final project closeout, ensuring all punch‑list items are completed and contractual obligations met.

• 3–5 years of Wireless Construction Management experience.
• Experience managing both in‑house and subcontractor crews.
• Strong grasp of project scheduling, budgets, and client specifications.
• Safety certifications: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant qualifications.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Willingness to travel between NE and CO sites.
