• Program Execution Leadership:
  Direct and mentor a team of program managers to deliver next generation edge processing and electronics programs on schedule, within budget, and to required performance standards.
• Customer Engagement:
  Support Program managers and serve as liaison with key customers, understanding their needs, aligning program objectives, and communicating status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Conduct regular briefings, reviews, and technical exchange meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
• Staffing & Resource Management:
  Define staffing requirements, assign program managers and work with Engineering and Technology to staff technical resources to meet program demands. Coordinate with talent acquisition, HR, and functional leaders to secure required expertise and maintain optimal team composition.
• Financial & Risk Oversight:
  Work with program managers to ensure executable program budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure cost‑effectiveness. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, and program risks; implement corrective actions and escalation procedures as needed.
