Non-Exempt

Performs a wide range of duties to produce precast concrete product including but not limited to:

• Strips and sets up concrete forms
• Precise panel work
• Reads prints
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
• Performs basic carpentry skills
• Additional duties may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

• Team oriented individual, able to effectively communicate with team members
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
• Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
• Good attendance and a positive attitude is a must
• Ability to lift up to 40 Ibs.

• The hourly pay rate for this position is $24.50/hr.
• Vacation hours of two weeks per year
