Production Lead

Job Summary

Oversees a section of the production crew and is responsible for maintaining duties as a laborer as well as the following:

• Participate and be prepared for morning huddles
• Responsible for keeping area organized, stocked, and supplied
• Keep whiteboard accurate and up-to-date
• Order tools and supplies needed for the week
• Ensures that good housekeeping and safety regulations are maintained in their section of the shop floor
• Train employees on the CAST system, flow and process of the factory and other processes as needed
• Lead a team of employees
• Additional duties may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

• Minimum of 1 year related experience or equivalent training
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Knowledge of basic tools
• Strong leadership abilities
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

• The hourly pay rate for this position is $25-28/hr.
• Vacation hours of two weeks per year
