3D Systems in Littleton is adding a Manufacturing Machine Operator to our production team to support our 3D printed titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome machines. We're seeking a full‑time employee who can ensure our advanced products are prepared for each subsequent stage in the manufacturing process. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
  • Operate Advanced Equipment
    :
    Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materials.
  • Ensure Quality Excellence
    :
    Maintain adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products consistently.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance
    :
    Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot Operations
    :
    Identify and resolve potential issues with builds to maintain production efficiency.
  • Maintain Work Environment
    :
    Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Drive Team Collaboration
    :
    Work effectively with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
  • Thrive on the Night Shift
    :
    Lead Monday‑Friday overnight operations (10:00 pm – 7:00 am) – perfect for night owls who excel when the world sleeps!
  • Comprehensive Training Program
    :
    Participate in daytime training on either 1st shift (6 am – 2:30 pm) or 2nd shift (1 pm – 9:30 pm) during your initial onboarding period.
Qualifications What You Will Bring Education
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment.
