CUST RELATIONSHIP LIAISON

This role maintains relationships with current accounts/patients and ensures patients have the required equipment to support their home healthcare needs.
Compensation & ScheduleHours:
8 am–5 pm Tuesday–Friday and 9 am–6 pm Saturday. Hourly range: $25–$28 with commission opportunities based on performance.
Can live in Littleton, Lakewood, Denver, or Centennial. Coverage includes St. Anthony in Lakewood and Ortho Colorado, with a 30‑minute drive to the branch. Personal car required; mileage reimbursed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Acts as a single point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Responds to customer needs, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Consults with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
- Obtains documentation for scanning and batching at the branch.
- Manages all follow‑up functions after account setup.
- Oversees all transactions from specific accounts, including referral sources.
- Obtains required documentation for orders, service scheduling, and billing.
- Contacts patients to confirm orders and communicate financial obligations.
- Assesses patient needs and promotes company products/services during office visits.
- Proactively resolves issues by anticipating problems and coordinating solutions.
- Troubleshoots issues with medical groups and on‑site departments.
- Assists medical groups in understanding products and services under contract.
- Supports utilization processes and transitions related to capitation switch‑outs.
- Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
- Develops strategic relationships within the institution to enhance patient care.
- Participates in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.
- Follows up on authorizations to maintain reimbursement.
- Follows up on outstanding CMNs, renewal CMNs, and prescriptions.
- Instructs patients on use of respiratory therapy, durable medical equipment, oxygen equipment, and other services per training and licensure.
- Responds to emergency calls and related needs during business hours and on call.
- Coordinates timely discharges with the Customer Care Center and/or branch team.
- Operates a personally owned vehicle (POV) as required.
- Sets up and delivers home healthcare products and services.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
- Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of POV requirements for safe and compliant use.
- Participation in ongoing training and development.
- Geographically located within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Business acumen.
- Problem solving and analysis.
- Communication proficiency.
- Personal effectiveness and credibility.
- Basic skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word.
- English (reading, writing, verbal).
- Basic mathematical proficiency and ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data.
Requires use of hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and travel by plane/automobile. Must operate a motor vehicle, use intermittent computer and phone equipment, and read/write documents. Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
Work EnvironmentLow to moderate noise. Occasional exposure to dust, fume, mist, and odor. Temperature varies by indoor and outdoor conditions. May require vaccinations and medical assessments. Personal protective equipment may be required. Vehicle use during day and night in varied weather and traffic conditions.
