Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing – Nights

Erickson Senior Living seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents on a rotating 12‑hour night shift schedule.

Location: Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, Highlands Ranch, CO
Compensation: $32–$38 per hour (experience dependent)
Schedule: 12‑hour night shifts, rotating schedule

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs
• Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical condition; document findings in the electronic medical record
• Update or modify care plans as needed
• Supervise and lead care associates
• Administer medications accurately and on time
• Participate in resident outcome meetings and clinical indicator reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use)
• Respond to residents, families, or responsible parties in a timely, professional manner
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care preferred
• Licensed Colorado LPN and CPR certification required
• Strong resident advocate with passion for senior care
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
