Overview

Every detail matters at McDonald Automotive — from the cars we sell to the coffee we serve. Our café adds a touch of comfort and connection to every visit, and we’re looking for a barista who values quality, service, and the opportunity to take real ownership of their space.

Part-time and full-time positions available. Café hours are Monday – Saturday, 7a – 3p, closed most holidays. This position starts at $19/hr + tips.

• Passionate about creating a friendly, memorable experience for every guest
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring café cleanliness, efficiency, and product quality
• Capable of working independently and making sound decisions while upholding company standards when operating solo
• Dependable, proactive, and adaptable
• Barista or café experience in a high-end, customer-focused environment preferred

• Deliver exceptional guest service — ensuring a positive, memorable café experience
• Support dealership events and hospitality efforts by providing beverages and service for guests and staff as requested
• Take ownership of the café during solo shifts, managing guest flow, product prep, and presentation with confidence and efficiency
• Anticipate guest and team needs — restock, prep, and problem-solve with full autonomy
