Overview
University of Denver Golf Club at Highlands Ranch is an 18-hole, semi-private golf club featuring a Hale Irwin designed championship golf course. The course opened in 1998 and features a variety of immaculately groomed holes. The 7,719-yard, par 72 layout boasts expansive bentgrass greens considered among the best in the region.
Position SummaryThe Server/Bartender/Beverage Cart positions are responsible for food service, completing and filling customer orders properly and in a timely manner, and have full availability for either morning or evening shifts. Pay includes tips.
The Server/Bartender/Beverage Cart positions are non-benefited positions not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience.
- One year of work experience in food service and/or bartending.
- Wine and beer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a positive work attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous golf course experience.
Seven days a week, a.m. or p.m. shifts.
CompensationHourly rate is $15.79.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
