Retail Associate

Overview

Retail Sales Associate at Arcis Golf – Arrowhead Golf Club, Littleton, CO. The role is responsible for restocking, selling, monitoring product stock, and assisting customers in the golf shop.

• Performs department opening and closing procedures including tournament prep.
• Generates revenue by maximizing sales opportunities.
• Responds to daily E-mail and voice mail.
• Ships guest purchases.
• Merchandises retail products.
• Tags and stocks retail merchandise.
• Assists in monthly inventory counting.
• Keeps all areas of the retail area clean and well-stocked.
• Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
• Performs special projects delegated by management.
• Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

Previous experience in retail or golf preferred. Previous experience with computer technology including point of sale systems and customer service.

Scheduled shifts require attending the golf shop, stocking/restocking inventory, preparing for current golf tournaments, and assisting every customer. Opening shifts will start as early as 5:00 AM and closing shifts often require staff until 9:00 PM. The role requires standing, walking, and frequent use of hands; ability to lift up to 75 pounds; vision requirements include close and distance vision with ability to adjust focus.

Part Time – $18 hourly + commission from golf shop sales. Part-time months range from March - November.
