- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required

- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a sales or account management capacity
- Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology
- Experience in managing relationships with OEM customers and end-users
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape within industrial manufacturing
- Multilingual abilities to enhance communication in a global setting
