Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI with willingness to complete a Polygraph
The Security Representative Senior supports the Global Security–Program Security organization in executing high-priority national security missions. This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing SCI security policies, procedures, and SOPs in alignment with organizational and government requirements. The position will serve as a key security interface with internal and external Director-level stakeholders to ensure mission success, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities- Administer SCI security policy, PERSEC, Physical Security, OPSEC, and Program Protection programs.
- Develop, implement, and oversee SOPs supporting secure operational environments.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to enable strategic mission objectives and program protection requirements.
- Support incident response, reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain readiness to respond onsite during after-hours/weekend emergencies within required time frames.
- Provide onsite security support at Littleton, CO and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations.
- 100% On-site (with emergency response availability within 60 minutes).
- Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire; ability to complete a Polygraph.
- Demonstrated experience applying SCI security requirements and managing secure program environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate with leadership and external partners in fast-paced, sensitive environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with signed consent to complete a Polygraph.
- Familiarity with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.
- Knowledge of government security directives, with experience implementing and adhering to National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD, and other relevant government security regulations.
- Experience with using DISS and Scattered Castles.
- Prior Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience.
- Experience investigating security violations and preparing reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with senior level internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations and decisions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and independent: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and address security concerns.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work RemotelyOnsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay RateThe annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280.
