Description
Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI with willingness to complete a Polygraph.
The Security Representative supports the Global Security–Program Security organization in executing high-priority national security missions.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance – Implement and maintain security procedures and other applicable regulations.
- Customer Visits – Coordinate external visitors, ensuring proper access control, briefings, and compliance with security protocols.
- Badge Issuance – Create, issue, and deactivate identification badges and access cards in accordance with security policy.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with other Program Security reps, program managers, and engineering leads to integrate security requirements into program execution.
- Incident Response – Assist in the investigation of security incidents, breaches, or potential violations; recommend corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness – Deliver or coordinate security awareness training for personnel and contractors.
- Maintain readiness to respond onsite during after-hours/weekend emergencies within 60 minutes.
- Provide onsite security support at Littleton, CO and travel up to 10% to CONUS locations.
- Familiar with SCI security requirements and policy and procedures, SOPs, PERSEC, Physical Security, and OPSEC.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with signed consent to complete a Polygraph.
- General knowledge of government security directives.
- Familiarity using DISS and/or Scattered Castles, classification management, classified destruction, customer service.
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior level internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk‑managed security recommendations and decisions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑building skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self‑motivated and independent: A self‑starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and address security concerns.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Work Location & SchedulesOnsite Full‑time at a Lockheed Martin facility in Littleton, CO. Travel up to 10% to CONUS locations.
Schedule:
9x80 every other Friday off.
