Job Number 706820
Description:
Who We Are:
We are the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program, a dedicated initiative within the Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area. TSS delivers the Air Force's premier Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) - Trusted Manager (TMAN) - and the U.S. Navy's premier Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) - Radiant Mercury. For more than 20 years, Lockheed Martin has served as the prime contractor for these products, providing secure, resilient information-flow capabilities across critical military applications and networks.
What We Do:
The TSS program engineers innovative, cyber-resilient solutions that protect and defend the transmission of time-sensitive, high-value data in contested environments. As hardware, software, and supply-chain risks intensify, the program delivers advanced CDS technology to mitigate vulnerabilities, ensure secure data exchange, and sustain mission-critical operations for our customers. The Work:
The Logistics Management Analyst Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day materials-control and logistics functions that keep the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program running smoothly. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring full accountability of all equipment, tools, and material within the program's footprint.
• Coordinating the movement of assets - receiving, shipping, and internal transfers - to support program milestones and operational needs.
• Assisting with both internal and external audits by providing required documentation, traceability data, and corrective-action reports.
• Placing purchase orders, tracking order status, and managing vendor relationships to secure timely delivery of parts and services.
• Packing, labeling, and shipping equipment to remote test sites, field locations, and customer facilities in compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Managing calibration schedules and maintaining up-to-date calibration records for all test and measurement equipment.
• Generating reports on lost, damaged, or excess assets and recommending remedial actions to mitigate future loss.
• Supporting the logistics portion of program reviews and providing data for cost-analysis, readiness, and performance metrics. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Logistics Lead and collaborate closely with engineering, program management, and contracting teams to ensure that logistics processes enable the development, delivery, and sustainment of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) warfare systems critical to national defense.
Physical Demands:
This role is physically demanding and requires frequent lifting, moving, and positioning of large, awkward, or high-value equipment and supplies. Candidates must be able to safely handle these tasks in compliance with Lockheed Martin safety standards. Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented, proactive logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, and you understand how reliable supply-chain and materials-control processes enable cutting-edge defense systems. If you bring these strengths and are eager to contribute to a world-class, Cross-Domain security program, you are the ideal candidate for the Logistics Management Analyst Associate role. Why Join Us:
You'll be part of the Trusted Security Solutions (TSS) program-one of Lockheed Martin's flagship initiatives that safeguards mission-critical data for the Air Force and Navy-giving you direct impact on the nation's defense. Working alongside world-class engineers and program leaders, you'll gain unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge Cross-Domain technologies while advancing your career in a dynamic, high-visibility environment. We offer a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and the chance to help shape secure, resilient systems that protect our nation's most sensitive operations.
Basic Qualifications:
