All instructors undergo SPENGA certification in spin, strength, and yoga to lead efficient and inspiring workouts.

Qualifications:
- Current personal/group training certification; spin and yoga certifications are a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our fitness philosophy
- Ability to multi-task and lead a room
- Motivation, energy, confidence
- Experience in Personal Training and/or Group Fitness, Spinning, Yoga
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Must complete in-house instructor training and pass audition
Responsibilities:
- Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength, and yoga
- Teach classes with spin, strength, and yoga components
- Create workouts following the SPENGA model
- Motivate and engage groups of up to 20 participants
- Modify exercises for different fitness levels
- Retain and grow client participation
- Set up and reset studio equipment
- Promote and embody the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

With over 70 studios and numerous territories sold, we are building our team of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators for future growth. We provide comprehensive training through our LMS and hands-on sessions. Our members come for the workout and stay for the community, which starts with our SPENGA team.
Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
