Overnight Residential Supervisor

Are you the Overnight Residential Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency-aged students that specializes in trauma‑informed care. Littleton provides 24‑hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (10PM-8AM)

The pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour
. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

• You will ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures while on site, and also through rotating on‑call coverage.
• You will support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• You will support all efforts to ensure the safety and well‑being of students.
• You will support staff and programming through your knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Littleton Academy’s Residential Department.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and well‑being of students.
• Group home, residential program or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a mental health facility required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
