Treatment Coordinator

Nashoba Family Dentists is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate has prior dental office experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to help patients understand their treatment plans and coordinate their care.

• Greet patients and manage patient check-in and check-out.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.
• Present treatment plans and explain recommended procedures, treatment options, and associated costs.
• Discuss financial arrangements and help patients understand their estimated out-of-pocket expenses.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including follow-up visits and outstanding treatment.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and appointment requests.
• Coordinate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records, insurance information, and documentation.
• Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans to encourage continued care.
• Assist with daily front-office operations to keep the schedule organized and the office running efficiently.

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office required.
• Experience with Dentrix preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to discuss treatment plans confidently and professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office environment.

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
