Are you the Residential Director we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Littleton Academy is a residential treatment setting for latency‑aged students that specializes in trauma informed care. Littleton provides 24‑hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.

• Provide oversight of the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our students.
• Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on‑call coverage.
• Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; staff ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run residential shifts when needed.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3‑5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required.
• On‑call responsibilities; at times you will be required to work overtime.
• Maintains valid driver's license as transporting students is required.
• At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Bachelors or better in Psychology or related field.
