Mechanical Inspector

Are you an experienced Mechanical Inspector with a passion for precision manufacturing? Join a growing team where your expertise in dimensional inspection, GD&T, and quality assurance will directly support the production of highly engineered mechanical, electromechanical, and RF components.
What You'll Do- Perform in-process and final inspections on precision manufactured components and assemblies.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T requirements using precision measuring equipment.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and maintain AS9102 documentation.
- Inspect mechanical, electromechanical, and RF assemblies to ensure compliance with customer and engineering specifications.
- Document nonconformances, maintain traceability records, and support corrective action processes.
- Partner with machining, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Assist with training and mentoring team members on inspection standards and procedures.
- Experience performing advanced dimensional inspections in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9102 documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and commitment to quality standards.
- Experience inspecting precision machined, electromechanical, or RF components is highly preferred.
