Senior Sales Executive

• Outside sales of Eurofins E&E, NA testing, inspection, and certification services.
• Manage strategic accounts, many of which will fall within the Top 100 regionally and/or nationally.
• Spend more than 50% of the time outside the office making sales calls, traveling to clients, and related activities.
• Work with Sales Manager to define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales.
• Develop documented account strategies for all accounts that will generate 20% growth annually across the portfolio.
• Ensure alignment of services with client needs and collaborate with Marketing for strategic positioning.
• Perform client research, prospecting, and networking; attend trade shows and industry associations.
• Create and facilitate client presentations and maintain quote/order and lead levels.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, proposals, and maintain the sales database.
• Maintain sales database and perform other work as required.

This position reports to the Sales Manager or the Sales Director, dependent upon the structure.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of successful account management or sales experience in the TIC industry.
• Self‑motivated, assertive, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficient with computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Preferred experience working with diverse teams (engineering, operations, marketing).
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Physical dexterity/mobility to travel via car, airplane and perform all clerical functions inherent to the position.
