Accountant, Financial Reporting, Cost Accountant

Ambassador Personnel is currently seeking an Accountant in Littleton NH to join our clients operations and management teams.

The Accountant will drive financial insight and contribute to operational efficiency. You’ll lead budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control efforts to support data‑driven decision‑making and profitability of the manufacturing plant.

• Manage annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Analyze production and inventory variances; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Approve plant expenses and lead cost‑saving initiatives.
• Support capital project proposals, audits, and internal controls (SOX compliance).
• Oversee fixed assets, physical inventory, and assist with Accounts Payable.
• Partner with Plant Manager and corporate teams on ad‑hoc analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing accounting (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
