Senior Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Auto Nation as a vehicle care‑giver for safety and reliability.

Pay starts at $38.00 flat hour with advancement potential.

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs when authorized by the Customer.
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and recommend services to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of technician special tools.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

• Valid driver’s license
• A passion for cars and customer service
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience as an automotive technician
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
• Attention to detail
• Organization and follow‑up skills
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record
