Floating Customer Service Representative – Franconia, NH
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full‑time Floating Customer Service Representative to serve the Franconia, New Hampshire area, 40 hours per week. The role requires providing professional and confidential customer service by operating a customer service window with courtesy, promptness, efficiency, and accurately processing a wide variety of simple‑to‑complex customer banking transactions, including opening new accounts. On‑the‑job training is provided and experience with cash is helpful.
Responsibilities- Process a variety of basic transactions for customers with limited differences or errors.
- Efficiently carry out opening and closing procedures.
- Navigate effectively through frontline software applications.
- Maintain a basic understanding of bank products.
- Recognize opportunities to cross‑sell and make partner referrals.
- Consistently meet established standards for providing the highest level of customer service as outlined in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Brand Best Practices guide.
- Customer service experience and a working knowledge of Windows.
- Interest and experience in customer service.
- An individual who enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Experience with cash is helpful and on‑the‑job training is provided.
