We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to provide exceptional urgent and emergency care at a critical access hospital nestled in the stunning White Mountains of Northern New Hampshire. Required Skills:

• Valid New Hampshire medical license in hand
• Board eligibility or certification in Emergency Medicine
• Current licensure and certification in emergency medicine
• Ability to manage high-acuity cases and deliver urgent care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to a 24-hour shift schedule
• Ability to support and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior work in rural or community hospital settings
• Bilingual proficiency
• Additional certifications in advanced trauma life support (ATLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), or pediatric advanced life support (PALS)

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine practice or residency completion
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 24-hour shifts (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.)
• Support from APPs (available 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
• Willingness to assist with licensure and certification reimbursements when applicable
• Commitment to providing equitable and patient-centered urgent care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $270.47
