Required Skills:

Valid New Hampshire medical license in hand Board eligibility or certification in Emergency Medicine Current licensure and certification in emergency medicine Ability to manage high-acuity cases and deliver urgent care Strong communication and teamwork skills Adaptability to a 24-hour shift schedule Ability to support and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Prior work in rural or community hospital settings Bilingual proficiency Additional certifications in advanced trauma life support (ATLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), or pediatric advanced life support (PALS) Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine practice or residency completion Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine Other Requirements:
Ability to work 24-hour shifts (9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) Support from APPs (available 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.) Willingness to assist with licensure and certification reimbursements when applicable Commitment to providing equitable and patient-centered urgent care Compensation & Benefits:
