Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: Littleton, New Hampshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (Flexible, options for part-time or full-time schedules)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate APRN or PA with a minimum of 3 years of direct primary care experience to join our practice in Littleton, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family or Internal Medicine and will work closely with our physicians and healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing providers to set hours that align with their needs and patient demand.

Clinic hours are 8 am – 5 pm, with no weekend or evening shifts, and this role does not require on-call responsibilities. Providers typically see an average of 2 patients per hour, with flexibility in their clinical schedule.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Licensure: Active APRN or PA license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct primary care experience, preferably in a Family or Internal Medicine setting.
