As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that you and the servers deliver the best drinks possible. You need to be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• At least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication with others.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds (to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift).
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
