At Cotler Psychology Services, your time is spent doing what you were trained to do—providing therapy—rather than managing administrative tasks or chasing productivity targets.

• Autonomy in Your Workday:
  Create a personalized schedule and choose your preferred communities to serve.
• Strong Compensation:
  Hourly rates range from $50 to $70, plus mileage reimbursement where applicable.
• End‑to‑End Support:
  From insurance credentialing and referrals to billing and appointment scheduling, our internal team takes care of all logistics. No outside vendors involved.

  You’ll be guided through our user‑friendly EHR system and receive access to virtual training and consultation to help you succeed in a long‑term care setting.

• Active license in Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure).
