Pilgrim's is hiring for a production role on the processing line. You will cut, trim, package, and inspect poultry products, operate equipment, and maintain a clean area while following safety and biosecurity guidelines.
This fast-paced role requires teamwork and attention to detail to meet quality standards.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday with some weekend work;
Base pay is $15.35/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and attendance incentives of up to $3–4 extra per hour.
