Location: Live Oak, FL

Shift: Full-Time – All Shifts Available

Salary: Up to $19 per hour (depending on experience) + shift differentials

• Personalized Care:
  Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.
• Promote Comfort and Safety:
  Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing changes in condition to ensure their safety and security.
• Foster Connections:
  Build strong relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
  Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy and comfortable living environment.
• Accurate Documentation:
  Record and report any changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring seamless communication with the care team.
• Collaborate with the Team:
  Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide personalized, holistic care.
• Enhance Quality of Life:
  Engage residents in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being, customized to their unique needs.

• A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.
